A team close to our customers.

The Bitumen sales department provides the link between the various components of the internal and external chain.

The department coordinates the management of operational and administrative bitumen sales. It satisfies customers’ and transport compagnies requests and at the same time managing Supply constraints of French refineries. The sales coordinators’ team is made up of 5 commercial zones that manage daily customer relations, starting from the order to the invoicing, collaborating with their field sales engineers. They coordinate every day the availability of products from the common ones to the most special (Styrelf, Kromatis, etc.) packaged or in bulk.

As a sales Office, the team provides administrative management for their key customers (Colas, Eiffage, Eurovia) or SMEs in Public Road or Industrial Works. They use appropriate IT tools to track the customer relationship: “BitumeOnline” (web portal order), SAP and Salesforce.

As the market leader, the Sales Office must adapt daily to the supply situation of our refineries and logistics suppliers. Distributing Bitumen in high season requires a real performant team!

Located closer to our customers, the team is available at their side to ensure smooth delivery.
